'LABORATORY OF JOY'

Since March 2019, I am facilitating 'Laboratory of Joy' as an own concept of theatre-workshop. About the Project Laboratory of Joy is a special combination of various acting exercises, that I developed from my experience of work in a theatre. It is a space for experiment, where physical theatre becomes a tool to connect, explore and learn together. It is a collective research on performativity of body, mind and voice, wherein through different exercises such as improvisation, dance, partnering, group dynamics, rhythms, voice practice, including folk singing and work with the text, we can learn how to get as close as possible to our best and most natural human creative expression.

Laboratory of Joy can happen between people when they decide to connect with each other, leaving the ordinary schema of behaviors, and dedicate their time to transform the collective energy by researching their dreams.
